RAFFLE
WPBO 23rd Annual Fund Raising Raffle
The Board of Directors of Whitefish Point Bird Observatory is
pleased to announce its 23rd Annual Fund Raising Raffle.
First prize is a beautiful queen-sized quilt entitled, "States'
Birds and Flowers
This quilt's embroidery and quilting was crafted by Nancy Skelly of
Banjoh's Artistic Threads, Highland, MI. Nancy also created our 2004

Second prize is a pair of Nikon 7X35 Action binoculars,
donated by Jerry Sadowski of Adray Appliance and Photo, Dearborn, MI.
Third prize is The Sibley Guide to Birds, by David A. Sibley
and donated by Rosann Kovalcik, owner of Wild Birds Unlimited in
Grosse Pte. Woods, MI (313-881-1410).
Drawing date was September 14, 2006 (MSL #X61772).
As we have in the past, we will also had a secondary "seller's
raffle". After the above mentioned prizes were drawn, we will drew 6
additional tickets and award prizes from our own Owl's Roost Gift Shop
to the sellers of those tickets. You are entered in the seller's
drawing per as many tickets as you sell, sign, and return.
On September 14, The drawing for WPBO's annual Quilt Raffle
was held.
