Sponsor a Raptor Bird banding is an important tool used by WPBO to determine both the composition and the pathways of migrating raptors at Whitefish Point. You can support our banding program by becoming a raptor sponsor ---a rewarding way to contribute to raptor conservation. When you sponsor an owl or hawk you receive the following: A 5 X 7 color photo of your selected species A certificate bearing your name and a profile of a bird banded at Whitefish Point If your bird is recaptured or recovered in the future, you will receive another certificate indicating where and when it was found The gratification of knowing that your sponsorship is helping WPBO to continue its important research
